Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3 large eggs (beaten), 1/3 cup of milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. vanilla essence in the bread pan. Now, press the ‘cake’ setting. Your pound cake will be ready with a crumbly texture. You can have it with tea or coffee.
Milk and Honey Bread Rolls
Add 3 cups of flour, 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk, 3 tablespoons each of melted butter and honey, 1 ½ teaspoons salt and 2 teaspoons active dry yeast to the bread maker pan. Use the ‘dough’ setting. Once the dough is done, remove it and divide it into about 10 to 12 pieces, and give them a roll shape. Place it back in the pan and let it rise for 45 minutes or till you find it doubled in size. Now, bake it in the ‘cake’ setting.
Take 2 cups each of fresh cream, condensed milk and thick curd. Place in your bread maker in the ‘dessert’ setting. Wait for the ingredients to blend and bake. You can even first make yoghurt using the ‘yoghurt’ setting and then use the ‘bake’ setting to bake it after mixing in fresh cream and condensed milk to it. Either way, it comes out good.
